Kaichou wa Maid-Sama Episode 25

Well, here's our second last episode. Yes. It's almost over. *sadface*

Shintani gets told off by Misa-chan, yet he's not running at the sight of her. All the other guys wonder why. He explains, Misaki-chan is Misaki-chan, and his feelings for her won't change. We see a flashback of Shintani when he started Middle School, and was living with his grandparents. Turns out he was actually quite popular with the girls in middle school. He still thinks about Misa-chan though, even keeping the wrapping from the candy she gave him when they parted so many years ago.

It turns out that UxMishi, the Band Sakura likes, is playing at another school's festival. She wants to prove to Misa-chan that they've changed, and aren't as bad as the last time Misa-chan met them. She drags Misa-chan along, and of course Usui wants to go too. When asked why, Usui puts on his puppydog face, and of course he goes along d:

Today is Fortune Telling day at Maid Latte.
>The baka-trio's fortune with Misa-chan: Cloudy, in other words, it'll never happen.
>Shintani's fortune with Misa-chan: A paper balloon that's deflated. No holes in it though.
Usui sees this and wants his shot to see his fortune with Misa-chan.
>Usui's fortune with Misa=chan: The two of you... will have no future together.
Usui seems down. So does Misa-chan.

Usui is of course waiting for Misa-chan out back after work. Shintani apparently was too, but he stepped away for a bit. Usui's still down about the fortune telling stuff, and then Misa-chan asks him "So are you going to leave me because of this?" Realizing what she just said, she blushed and avoided eye contact. Usui smiles. Shintani happened to step back at this point and hears what Misa-chan just said.

The next day, while Misa-chan is cleaning the floors that have been dirtied by the sports club people who had not cleaned their feet, Shintani comes and helps. Misa-chan says he's changed, and Shintani blushes and runs out to get more water. He finds a hose and thinks that will help clean the floors faster. Unfortunately, the hose was not connected to the tap properly and it drops off. The result of this: Misa-chan is totally soaked, and angry. Usui happens to be nearby and says she should get changed of she'll catch a cold. As Misa-chan is about to walk off to change, Usui stops her and asks her if she's going to go like that. Misa-chan misunderstands and says she will take an dry path. That's not what Usui meant. Misa-chan then realizes and replies "It's fine, right? Not like you can see through my underwear" because she was wearing a chemisole. Usui takes off his uniform shirt and puts it over Misa-chan. Misa-chan tries to refuse, but Usui says he will strip completely if she doesn't put it on. Then, she runs off.

Usui then barks, and walks alongside Misa-chan. Shintani, after a while, barks back, crying. We then go to a flashback of Shintani before he moved to Seika. His friends knew he was going back to the city to look for Misa-chan, and they were asking him what he would do if she already had a boyfriend. He's going to be disappointed if he expects too much.

A few days later at the festival... Misa-chan is amazed at how well organized it is, and how many people attend. They see a whole crowd of people in front, which happened to be where UxMishi was. All the screaming fangirls ran towards them and everyone got separated - and Usui and Misa-chan were way at the back, too far from everyone else. The others tell misa-chan to just og and have fun and they'll meet up later. Usui tells Misa-chan to stop worrying about Sakura, and the two of them should go and enjoy the festival.

I'm Kel, and this is my story~
