Another episode of random school council life events mixed in with sexual innuendo. Shino got to participate in a competition because the club were short on members who could participate. Shino and Mutsumi... these two look like twins, don't they?
Tsuda wonders why Yokoshima-Sensei is in charge of the council... and so does everyone else. xD And seriously? Is the first time Tsuda gets praised since entering the Council this time when he kills a fly for the girls? That's a little sad ):
