Seventeen years ago, the great Dr Cal Lightman... screwed up. His image and reputation are on the line, along with the future of the Lightman Group, not to mention the safety of his beloved daughter Emily.
Every so often, the almighty hero screws up. It is inevitable, since although they are this great savior and bringer of justice, they are still human (...or intergalactic space alien, zombie, or some other form of life form prone to making mistakes). Lightman's mistake brings out a side of him you rarely see throughout the series.
